• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while adhering to cash handling policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including bagging items and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register or POS system.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
