In this role, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning displays that showcase our latest fashion collections and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with store management to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies that reflect Primark’s brand image and values.
• Create eye-catching displays that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Ensure that all merchandise is presented in an organized and visually appealing manner, adhering to Primark’s visual merchandising standards.
• Regularly refresh displays to keep the store looking fresh and exciting for customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to identify opportunities for cross-merchandising and product placement.
• Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to optimize product placement and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the backroom and storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
