Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with Primark’s brand image.
• Create attractive displays that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Ensure that merchandise is presented in a neat, organized, and visually appealing manner.
• Regularly refresh displays to maintain a dynamic and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the store team to replenish merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including the backroom and storage areas.
• Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into your visual merchandising efforts.
• Provide feedback to store management on customer preferences and sales trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
