Role Overview:

As a Customer Assistant at Lidl Crawley, you’ll be an essential part of our store operations, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. From stocking shelves to assisting customers at the till, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards Lidl is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Operate tills and handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Replenish stock and ensure the store is always well-presented and tidy.
• Help with deliveries and manage stock rotation.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Work closely with your team to meet store targets and provide a positive working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• A flexible attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
• Availability to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
