Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Department Manager for our night shift operations in Motherwell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the night shift team, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, and maintaining high standards of productivity and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the night shift team to ensure efficient store operations.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory management, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all store operations are in line with company policies and procedures.
