Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Team Member at TGI Fridays Derby, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen team, preparing and cooking our signature dishes to perfection. Your role will help ensure our guests have the best dining experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to TGI Fridays’ recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation consistency.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with stock management, including rotation and storage.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential—training will be provided.
