As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will help our guests celebrate by preparing Red Lobster signature beverages in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include following recipes, upholding company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Follow Red Lobster’s drink recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service.
• Handle transactions and manage bar inventory.
• Offer personalized suggestions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
