Position Overview: As a Customer Assistant in our Hospitality department, you will play a key role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our customers. This position involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in the café and hospitality areas.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions accurately at the checkout.
  • Ensure that food and drink displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly labeled.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospitality areas, including tables, counters, and service areas.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a pleasant dining experience for customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, café, or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
