Job Overview:

Amazon is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Leeds Fulfillment Center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that are essential to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick customer orders from inventory and prepare them for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and manage stock in the warehouse.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and ensure accurate scanning for processing and dispatch.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon’s high standards before shipment.
  • Operating Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Health and Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly when picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Prior Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
