As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Select customer orders from inventory and pack them securely for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and manage stock within the warehouse.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages according to their destination and ensure accurate scanning for dispatch.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure they meet Amazon’s quality standards before shipping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow associates to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) throughout your shift.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly when picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for success in this role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute positively to the team.
