As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, ensuring that they arrive on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and pack them securely for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and ensure accurate scanning for processing.
• Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure they meet Amazon’s high-quality standards before shipping.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly in picking and packing orders.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
