Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Brighton Fulfillment Center. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Select and pack customer orders with care, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and manage products within the warehouse efficiently.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and scan them accurately for processing and delivery.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon’s quality standards before shipping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all tasks, particularly in picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
