Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will be an integral part of our store’s operations, directly interacting with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. This role involves various responsibilities, from handling transactions at the checkout to maintaining store presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Process sales transactions at the checkout accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Assist with shelf stocking and the maintenance of product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service situations.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
