Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will be an essential part of our store team, directly impacting our customer’s shopping experience. Your main goal will be to help customers enjoy their time in the store by providing friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance on store products and layouts.
• Operate the checkout registers, processing sales accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shopping and work areas.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing products.
• Handle returns and exchanges courteously and professionally.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly customer-facing demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
