Job Description

As a Team Leader at our Newcastle location, you will be instrumental in inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Train and develop team members, providing regular feedback and performance appraisals.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly staffed and organized to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising layouts as directed by store management.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring team compliance with operational procedures.
• Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within fashion or lingerie retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and its products.
