Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team at our Birmingham location. As a Team Member, you will be the face of Next, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Manage point of sale processes, including handling cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and product placement.
  • Assist in inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing stock.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals and objectives.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for fashion and retail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
