Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at IKEA Milton Keynes. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
