Responsibilities:

• Deliver IKEA products to customers’ homes in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition and handle them with care.

• Follow delivery schedules and routes as planned, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition, including performing routine checks and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
