Position: International Football Academy Scout Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and scout young football talents globally who have the potential to excel in our academy.
• Attend local and international football matches, tournaments, and events to evaluate players’ skills and performance.
• Develop a strong network within the football community to stay updated on emerging talents.
• Collaborate with coaches and other scouts to assess players’ suitability for the academy.
• Provide detailed scouting reports and recommendations on potential recruits.
• Build positive relationships with players, families, and agents, serving as a representative of the academy.
• Contribute to maintaining a database of scouted players and tracking their progress.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and passion for football and the footballing landscape.
• Strong ability to evaluate players’ technical, tactical, and physical attributes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous scouting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
