Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to Starbucks recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking and fulfilling customer orders.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area.
• Upsell and promote Starbucks products and special promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for coffee and creating a welcoming customer experience.
