Are you passionate about fashion and have a keen eye for detail? Primark is looking for a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Visual Merchandiser at our Carlisle store. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our store layout reflects the latest trends and seasonal promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging displays to showcase our latest fashion collections and promote key products.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines and brand image.
• Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute floor layouts and product placements.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed to ensure that displays are fully stocked and visually impactful.
• Regularly update displays to reflect changes in product range and seasonal promotions.
• Provide feedback to the store management team on customer feedback and sales trends to inform future merchandising decisions.
• Ensure that the store environment is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display design is preferred but not essential.
• A strong sense of creativity and flair for design.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
