• Maintain accurate records of scouting activities and player evaluations using our internal scouting database.

• Stay informed about developments in the football industry, including emerging trends, player transfers, and scouting methodologies.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to scouting operations, such as scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and organizing scouting reports.

Requirements:

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the game.
• Previous experience in football scouting or player evaluation is preferred but not required.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to attend matches and scouting events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
