Job Description: As a Warehouse Logistics Associate at Aldi in Atherstone, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the distribution center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming shipments of merchandise.
• Sorting, organizing, and storing products in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer demands.
• Loading outbound shipments onto trucks for delivery to stores.
• Conducting inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
