As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and organize products within the warehouse efficiently.
• Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages according to their destination and scan them to ensure accurate processing.
• Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure they meet Amazon’s high standards before dispatch.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks, particularly when picking and packing orders.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key.
