Job Overview:

Amazon is seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Sheffield Fulfillment Center. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Carefully pick customer orders from inventory and pack them for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages based on their destination and ensure accurate scanning for processing.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon’s high standards before shipping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Maintaining Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) throughout your shift.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, especially when picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
