Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Select and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stow inventory in the warehouse, maintaining an organized storage area.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and ensure correct scanning for delivery processing.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon’s high-quality standards before dispatch.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in all tasks, particularly in picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Necessary: Full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
