You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse associates to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Providing training, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and development.
• Planning and organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, and prioritizing workload to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, operations, and HR, to address operational issues, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory movements, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports as needed.
• Acting as a point of contact for escalations, resolving issues, and addressing concerns raised by team members or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
