Role Summary: As a Retail Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive a pleasant and smooth shopping experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, from stocking shelves to handling transactions at the checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers within the store.
• Operating checkout tills and handling financial transactions.
• Replenishing stock on the shop floor.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the store.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
• Assisting with inventory management and control.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
