Role Summary: Service Colleagues at ASDA play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will engage with customers throughout their shopping journey, providing assistance and ensuring they leave our store satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service.
• Operate the checkout registers to process customer purchases.
• Assist in the stocking and organization of merchandise on the shop floor.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store environment.
• Handle returns and exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
