Role Overview: As a Service Colleague in Colchester, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant and successful shopping experience. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
• Efficiently operate checkout registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
• Keep the sales floor and work areas clean and well organized.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
