Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the checkout registers to process customer purchases accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining product displays and stocking shelves.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for all customers and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them to management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred but not essential.
