Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This position involves a variety of tasks, including customer interaction, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Operate the checkout registers to process customer purchases efficiently.
• Ensure the store is tidy, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to participate in training.
