Barista – Costa Coffee – Stoke-on-Trent

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: £11.50 – £12.50 per hour (depending on experience) + tips

About the Role:

We’re looking for passionate, friendly, and energetic Baristas to join our team at Costa Coffee in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of our coffee shop, creating handcrafted, quality drinks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to Costa’s high standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a friendly and engaging approach.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.
• Uphold health & safety regulations and company policies.

About You:

• A passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential — full training provided.
