Position Overview: We are seeking a Channel Operations Specialist (FIAT) for Europe to join our expanding team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing fiat currency operations, ensuring seamless and efficient integration of fiat channels to support our growing user base in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily fiat operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth and secure fiat transactions.
• Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fiat channel operations, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide support to customer service teams for resolving fiat transaction-related issues and inquiries.
• Prepare and present reports on fiat operations performance and metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in fiat currency operations and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fiat operations, payments, banking, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of fiat currency transaction processes, banking systems, and payment service providers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fiat operations and payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
