We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our Oldham store in Greater Manchester. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items within the store.
• Operating the checkout efficiently and accurately processing transactions.
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
