Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our distribution center in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet productivity targets.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring careful handling to avoid damage.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
