Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to oversee the fulfilment team at IKEA Croydon. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of logistics and fulfilment processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee the processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.

- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on fulfilment activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse management role.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
