As a Night Team Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing night shift operations, ensuring efficient store replenishment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the night shift team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock replenishment and ensure merchandise is neatly organized on the shop floor.
• Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure work environment for the team and customers.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with other store departments and management.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet operational goals.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
