About Us

The Range is a fast-growing retailer offering an extensive range of products across home, garden, and leisure. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our Liverpool store team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product queries, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Operate tills and handle transactions, including cash and card payments, efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure stock is replenished and the store is tidy, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist in setting up attractive displays and merchandising products.
• Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal products to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required.
