Responsibilities:

- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
