Role Overview:

As a Customer Assistant at Lidl Blackburn, you’ll be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch service to customers, assisting with queries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate tills and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain the store’s presentation to a high standard.
• Assist with deliveries and ensure shelves are always stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided.
