• Prepare and cook dishes following TGI Fridays’ recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation are consistent and excellent.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work effectively with your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist with stock management, including rotation and proper storage.
