Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to TGI Fridays’ recipes and specifications.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control consistently meet brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy shifts.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and storing supplies properly.
