Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Team Member at TGI Fridays Sheffield, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our famous dishes to the highest standards. Your role will be essential in creating the great food that keeps our guests coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items following TGI Fridays’ recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet our guidelines.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating smoothly during service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure efficient service, even during busy periods.
• Assist with stock management, including proper storage and rotation.

• Passion for cooking and creating high-quality food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow TGI Fridays’ culinary procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
