Role Overview:

As a Waiter/Waitress at TGI Fridays Peterborough, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and making every guest feel special.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders, suggest menu items, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
