Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Greenock store, you will play a vital role in creating captivating displays that enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with store management and the visual merchandising team to develop creative and innovative display concepts that align with Primark’s brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Using your creativity and design skills to arrange merchandise in visually appealing displays that highlight key products and promotions.
• Ensuring all displays are executed to the highest standards, following Primark’s visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
• Regularly refreshing displays and adjusting layouts to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitoring customer feedback and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in display techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display is preferred.
• A passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually stunning displays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.
