  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
