Job Description:
The Kitman plays a crucial role in ensuring that our players are fully equipped and prepared for training sessions and matches. This role involves managing the inventory of team kits and equipment, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring that all equipment is in excellent condition. The Kitman will also be responsible for organizing and setting up the dressing room before matches and providing support to players and coaching staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of team kits, training gear, and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers to order new kits and equipment as needed.
• Ensure that all kits and equipment are clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Set up the dressing room before matches, including laying out kits, boots, and other gear.
• Provide support to players and coaching staff during training sessions and matches.
• Assist with laundry and equipment maintenance tasks as required.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and club policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitman or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by match schedules.
