Position Overview:

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Lightning Bolt Recruitment, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex problems for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop scalable machine learning solutions, and drive innovation in recruitment technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and formulate hypotheses for model development.
• Optimize model performance and scalability through experimentation, iteration, and algorithm tuning.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning research and technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and mathematical concepts.
• Experience with data manipulation, visualization, and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
