Position Overview:

As a Strategic Finance Analyst at Lightning Bolt Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, analyzing business trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop financial models, forecast performance, and evaluate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify key drivers, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions by conducting due diligence and financial analysis.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
